  • All payments for services and courses are non-refundable.

  • This applies to both full and partial payments.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable to:

    • B2B marketing services.

    • Digital courses, regardless of completion status.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscription services can be canceled anytime but are non-refundable.

  • Services remain active until the billing cycle ends.

4. Course Access

  • Once enrolled, courses are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are issued even if the course is incomplete.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Clients can contact customer support for payment disputes.

  • We will investigate and resolve issues promptly.
